Developed for the “extreme metal” players of Scandinavia, the Seymour Duncan Black Winter pickup uses three ceramic magnets and a special wind to produce a distortion with aggressive saturation in the mids and high-end. To match its sound, it is given a black bottom plate, black polepieces and screws, red wire, and the Seymour Duncan logo in Old English font.
