G&L’s Black Ice Collection guitars and basses are dressed in a matte black base with silver highlights embedded in the grain of their bodies, complemented by G&L’s new Nearly Naked (NENA) finish. The collection includes the ASAT Classic Bluesboy, ASAT Deluxe II, Legacy Deluxe, M-2000 and M-2500 basses, all of which are made at G&L’s factory in Fullerton, California, with two-piece swamp ash bodies, maple necks with maple fingerboards,  and no pickguards.
