Hall of Fame Nominations

For nearly 20 years, the Vintage Guitar magazine Hall of Fame has been honoring the players, innovators, and instruments that have made a difference in the history of the guitar. Who and what goes into the Hall has always been determined by the readers of VG.

Now, for the first time, visitors to VintageGuitar.com were being asked to become part of the process, by submitting names and instruments for nomination! That's right! A step that until now was reserved for staff and contributors to the magazine is now open to friends of the website.

They, pondered the topic and submited names and/or instruments you thought deserved recognition in any or all categories - Instrument, Player, and Innovator - and dropped your suggestions to us. Check the November issue of VG or here on November 8th to see which finalists have made the ballot, which you can then vote for and become eligible for a fantastic prize!

Current members of the VG Hall of Fame, and the year they were inducted can be found by ckicking below.
